Zoomcar India Pvt Ltd - Deducted money from claimed bill

Zoomcar is not providing details of amount deducted the claimed amount was ****/- but got a refund of ****/- with an explanation saying 'Fuel bill can only be reimbursed as per estimate derived on the kilometer driven by and the ideal kilometer which could have been covered on the available fuel' but this was not mentioned at the time of booking i didnt took away the fuel neither have i claimed a false bill vehicle has consumed the fuel and excess fuel is in vehicle itself then how can they deduct the amount. Car's condition was not good they didn't provide a brand new car then how can they expect the vehicle will give the theoretical mileage that too in MUMBAI TRAFFIC.
