Indigo Airline - Deboard from the flight

My flight time is *:**P.M. and reached at counter for boarding pass at *:** P.M. due to heavy traffic .At Mumbai airport and I had already make my laguage web check in before *:**P.M. I requested them that I had to for some emergency at my home but they do not considered my case and not allowed for boarding .I told them please shift my ticket for next flight they do not consider that and charged full fair for next flight .I waited for * hour for next flight
