Shila Pal filed complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank on Jan 4, 2021
There has been error at bank side as the address given during opening the account via online mode was F - ** A VIKAS NAGAR , UTTAM NAGAR , NEW DELHI , PIN CODE : ******. But when I tracked the order via mobile banking , it was somewhere roaming around JANAK PURI . "HOW THE HELL AM I GONNA BE AVAILABLE AT JANAK PURI WHEN I RESIDE AT VIKAS NAGAR ".
The reason shown for non delivery was non availability of resignee at the address. Two days earlier I got cheque book then what is problem with delivering DEBIT CART
As the payment for debit card has been deducted , I need my Debit card soon and I am waiting for debit card since * December **** . I have to make transaction through this account through debit card .
So kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible .
