I had ordered for a smart watch with flipkart for Rs.****/- on **.**.****, almost after ** days I inquire about the same, than I got a mail from flipkart(atteched as Flipkart mail) saying ask your bank because we are not having the credit to get you the order, then I approached to bank about the same and on **.**.**** they informed that(Enclosed-Bank response, Bank response-*) which self explanatory after that I had given several emails to cs@flipkart.com and plenty of phone calls but I was not able to get my refund, since flipkart people say we have no order of the same on any date. Please note my order id-OD****************** DT- **.**.**** for Adlyn A*-Black Colden Fitness & Health Silver Dial and white Strap Smart Watch, whereas enclosed Bank Response-* is clearly saying that payment credited to flip kart on **.**.**** vide pay U ID-********** & transaction id is-PZT***********W*ACO* for Rs.****/- status-Captured, Customer Name- flipkart.
Hope this will be enough to resolve the matter at the earliest.
