Spicejet - Death in family SG PNR

Dear Team,



I had planned my Dubai trip with my family. As per plan, I had booked the travel tickets on spicejet ** Mar ** BOM-DXB and returned on **mar AUH-BOM on indigo airline. I had booked the tickets on the dates ** Feb and on ** Feb my father passed away.



Due to this condition, I have cancelled all my bookings. and trying for a waiver from spicejet/indigo airline. All documents I have provided to both airlines. Within **hrs Indigo airline replied to us and gave us a full refund of the deceased and all other family members.


Now, the Spicejet airline replied that, they shall provide us vouchers equivalent to the amount of cancellation fee (INR *,***) for Ms. Preety Anil Preety Anil, Ms. Rekha Shashikant Shinde, Mr. Rajesh Gopal Mohite, Ms. Monika Mohite, which can be utilized for future travel with SpiceJet. Request you to, please process the full refund as soon as possible. As indigo airlines already gives full refund to us.



This is not a flight cancelled/delayed case. This is a death case. Whose family members lost one important person from his family and airline provide us the Voucher against death case. We are not able to travel within Year in this situation. We have already suffered mentally a big loss for us.



I have already told you, vouchers are not accepted at any cost. This is a humble request to you, Pls don't give us any financial loss to us.
