I had purchased the Dell Inspiron **** laptop online through Dell India directly and received the laptop on *th January ****. After * days the laptop went dead. I've been complaining to Dell Tech Support Team and they confirmed that the motherboard is dead. I have been asking for a replacement and they said ** days. I don't want another Dell laptop now considering the poor service received. I want a refund for this at the earliest. Please help me get my refund.
