Hi i have replaced my tablet display from Lenovo service center Nehru place for vertical lines on screen, after the repair the lines disappeared but my touch became non functional.
Prior to repair of display my touch was smooth but after the repair it stopped functioning.
I visited the service centre but they updated the software but even after that my touch issue still persists.The service centre is not able to resolve my issue. The damage to my tablet was caused due to their negligence during repair.
I am barely able to use my touch anymore. Now that my product is out of warranty,i cannot even change my display.
This is pure negligence and damage caused by the service centre during their initial repair due to which i am facing constant problems and not able to use my device anymore.
I visited the service centre but they are unable to resolve my issue of touch which was caused by them only.
Due to the damages caused on my device by Lenovo service center, i demand complete refund for my product.
