Lenovo - damages caused by service centre during repair

I Have Replaced My Tablet Display Screen On **/**/**** For A Vertical Line Defect.
After The Repair From Service Centre Nehru Place I Am Facing Constant Touch Issues. The Tablet Touch Is Not Functioning Anymore.
I Visited The Service Centre And They Updated The Software,But The Issue Didn't Resolve.
Prior To My Display Repair My Touch Was Functioning Perfectly Fine And After The Repair From The Service Centre,It Has Stopped Functioning.
I Complained To The Service Centre But They Are Not Able To Resolve The Issue.

Due To Their Damages Caused During Repair And Pure Negligence It Has Caused Total Damage To My Touchscreen,And I Am Not Able To Use My Tablet Anymore.

My Product Is Not Under Warranty And I Cannot Replace The Display Again.

Because Of The Damages Caused To My Tablet I Require A Full Refund To My Product Since The Service Centre Is Not Able To Resolve My Touch Issues anymore Which Were Deliberately Caused By Their Negligence during repair of display.
