I purchased * products from Snapdeal but when I received one was damaged (not working at all) while the other one was a wrong product. I registered a refund request at Snapdeal within the proper time frame of refund dates. It has now been more than * days Snapdeal is just passing time and closed one of my refund request without intimating me. While they are just passing time for the other product. One of their executives called me and confirmed me on the phone that they are arranging my pickup of devices and initiating my refund but then they took U-Turn from what they said and did not offer any refund. Kindly take some action.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
