One fine day I receive a COD order From Snapdeal. My husband happened to be at home when courier arrived. He called me to confirm if I placed an order but I couldn't take his call. Thinking I keep shopping online, he paid and kept that order.
I was shocked to see that parcel as I haven't ever registered on snapdeal, forget about ordering stuff from it.
It had no bill inside...no contact no. And no email Id anywhere on the courier.
I tried calling Snapdeal but couldn't talk to any executive as only registered ppl can make their way through.
I mailed them * times...I msgd on Instagram.
The only reply I get is PLEASE TELL ORDER NO.
PLEASE TELL REGISTERED PHONE NO./EMAIL.
I am sure they haven't even read my mail.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
