I orderded an LG Fully Automatic Front load washing machine on **-Dec-**** from Flipkart using Credit card and it was delivered on **-Dec-**** in damaged state with the hinge on the door damaged and the delivery guy took the broken piece with him.
I created the replacement request same day and after multiple followups and time waste Flipkart rejected the return request stating that their courier partner has confirmed that the product was intact even though he took the broken piece with him.
On multiple followups Flipkart support team asked for creating return request again which was again rejected without providing any proper details.
I have been paying heavy interest on the credit card amount which i payed for the product and a lot of metal harrasement
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
