I purchased a sony wl c-*** neckband from flipkart and got delivery by ekart logistics..but when I opened the box..I found that product was used,little bit damaged,and different from specification given by website.I asked for return ,he rejected and then I ask again with proper multiple issues. He says to wait for ** sep only for replacement and then they asked my adhaar card photo..I was totally confuse .what is the use of adhaar card in product return..I gave.. But I think they are just wasting my time..so that my return window which is upto ** sept will be closed..and they also gave misinfo * times from their call back time

Pls help me to provide refund and asked them to return this..they have harassed me mentally by giving wrong info..In the product description.. It is clearly mention that product is unavailable for replacement only..they are saying connect to sony for this..I have all the recording of conversation with their call center executive who gave wrong info..
