Im quite disappointed with this shoe rack from Pepperfry. I’m attaching the pics of the same. Quality is not as expected and definitely not what I saw on the Internet. Very poor quality and customer service.
The whole shoe rack looks very raw-Polishing is missing, the seat quality is very poor and some planks on the inside are chipped from the edges. There are scratches under the front handles. The top plank is also uneven.
This is the first time I ordered from
Pepperfry and feel very disappointed, misled and cheated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
