Touch Lcd House - Damaged screen company not responding

Last week I have ordered a realme screen combo.Order Id ****** , order placed date - **/**/** .And the item was delivered. But the screen doesn't provide any features like fingerprint or sensors, but the pictures shown in the ads was it has all of these things. I contacted for return and they asked for the photos of the item, I have sent all the pics they asked and waited for the response. But they replied me like,we have sent the item what you booked and if you want any additional features you have to pay more. The moment i thought I was screwed up. Then i changed my mind and decided to install the screen i do have now. But when I went to a shop to replace the screen, the item which Touch House LCD sent where not working and there was no any output showing. After that I have again contacted the seller, but they haven't yet replied to the email and they are not picking up the calls. My last option is to raise a complaint. Please do help me
