Firstcry - Damaged product

I have ordered luvlap high chair on November **,**** and delivered by November **.but the item received was a damaged one. So i was opted replacement and again the product was delivered with lot of damages. This time i have register complaint with their customer care but the response is not at all satisfying. Its almost completing no refund no compensation.
