Meesho not picking up the damaged product lan don't processed the refund even after one month of damaged product delivery. I have escalated this issue around ** times. Every day I'm getting message like you pickup will be done by today. After few hours your pickup failed. And then getting robot call press * to reinitiate the pickup. I'm pressing "*" daily for more than a month. Keep on escalating issue to customer care but same response wait for * to * days. Even today also same response. Really frustrated with Meesho and their courier partners.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
