I have ordered a motog* plus turbocharger from your website. The product stopped working after ** days. My phone is now not getting charged from the charger. I have tried to contact your customer care but their phone is always switched off. The product is still under the warranty period. I have even sent emails to your company but got no response. I will suggest never to order anything from this company. They are fake and fraudulent. I have never seen such unprofessional service from any company. After sending the damaged product and taking your money, they don't reply to your phones and emails. I would request the authorities to take some serious action against this company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
