Narivastra.com - damaged product received and returned but no refund

I have ordered * saree from Narivastra.com order number ****, by opting COD and paid the same, when i see the product got damaged and i returned the product by self courier and requested for correct product or refund, they have verified the return and confirmed the refund but it's more than * month and even after several followups i don't see any proper response and i did not got the refund till now.
