Amazon online shopping - Damaged product did not get picked up nor did receive refund

On *th June **** i received damaged product - a full size mirror kn damaged condition. So same day i applied for refund and pickup was scheduled in two days. The pickup got cancelled. So i contacted customer care and they arranged pickup which would come within * days. The day pickup was scheduled wpuld get cancelled without my knowing. This continued * times. Finally Amazon said that last day for return was **th June so product was not getting pickedup while I had been trying from *th. Lost ****
