Amazon online shopping - Courier Cost not return

I was Buy a One product in amazon online shopping. Unfortunately its Damage Product i called Amazon customer care they are Say Its full of Seller product so You Self courier this product on **.**.****. But still My Courier Charges not return Seller Receive my Product. But still not my Courier cost not return its **** Rupees. I called More than ** times include mail also But no response. So Please do Support me i have Attached my Courier slip and My Order id I given belwo.
