MOHD IRFAN filed complaint against e bay on Mar 29, 2018
I have ordered a one plus *t mobile phone, but when i received the product, the product was damaged, and when i asked for refund and return.
They rejected my request saying that the " the mobile phone is refurbished and not eligible for return.
But term refurbished was not mentioned in the product name.
And i raised my complain on the same day i received the product. I even said that send me new one plus *t mobile phone, i will pay remaining amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
