I filed complaint on *th July and till date there is no response to my concern. Bad quality of bucket has been delivered with scratches and broken edges. I had filed complaint and even called customer care several times but no one is giving resolution. They told me to wait till *th July for response but still no one has bothered.
************ is my complaint ticket.
Please take back the product and give me refund. Even social media team is pasting template replies and CS head is also not responding properly to emails.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
