Suyash Mittal filed complaint against Mi Tv on Oct 19, 2018
I have bought the New MI-TV ** Inches on Sunday i.e. **th October from MI-Home Showroom at Ambiance Mall,Gurgaon.
Also, have requested them to deliver the same at my residence, for which Rs. *** is being charged extra which I had paid. (Copy of Invoice and Courier Delivery receipt is attached)
Now, on **th October the TV got delivered at my residence in evening and I had requested (through online) for the Free Installation offered by xiaomi which the available date are after **th October. I cant wait for so long and have installed the same from my end on **th October itself. The installation is done in my complete presence.
When I switch on the TV, I found the TV screen was damaged (Image attached) and Immediately i had registered the complaint on the Toll Free number (after waiting time of **+ Minutes) and the Service center has informed that their authorized person will come on **th October.
However, today (**th October) the authorized person came and informed that you have directly installed the TV hence, we cannot do any thing in this.
This is the clear case of supplying the damaged product and have write to the Xiaomi Management.
