Pepperfry furniture - Damaged product delivered No update on return request

I had purchased the bed on **th Sep **** from Pepperfry Studio DLF mall India outlet. The bed delivered is different from the color shown on the website. The carpenter had visited my place and when he opened the box, I could see a different color and damages on the product. Moreover, the delivered bed is damaged at certain places, the images of which have been attached. It is chipped off and scratched as well. I had initiated the return request on **th September but since then there has been no update despite repeated reminders. They have not picked up the product from my home yet. This has been a pathetic experience right from chasing them for sending carpenter for assembly and now picking up the product from my place. Pepperfry is a fraud company who are delivering sub standard products imported from Malaysia.
