Amazon .in - Damaged product delivered and refund denied

I ordered two products "Apple iPad Pro (**-inch, Wi-Fi, **GB) - Space Grey, and Apple Pencil (*nd Generation)" on **th august **** Worth *****/- and ****/- Respectively . Upon opening the product I found out that the accessories were missing so I requested for replacement, the replacement was scheduled on **th august ****. At the time of replacement I again got damaged product. I complaint on customer care, and they scheduled return and refund. But after that, all the return pick-ups are being cancelled by the same delivery agent and on calling the delivery agent he is not picking up my calls . Delivery agent has stolen the original product with some other item and blamed me that I have committed fradulence with policy. I have tried every way to contact the delivery agent for explanation but he is not Responding to any of my phone calls. Now Because of that My account has been put on hold and the return window is also closed. Now I am stuck with damaged product and no way to return the product. I Need help to get the refund.
