Flipkart - Damaged product delivered and not interested in return

I have placed an ordered for Haier Refrigerator (Order ID - OD******************) on **/**/** for which delivery was made on **/**/**. But the product was damaged (dented) at the time of delivery. I Immediately informed to guys who delivered the product as well as customer care. The customer care team assure us that the pickup of damaged product will happen within * working days. But the same has not done till date even after so many calls and complaints lodged on customer care number. Every time they told that your issue will resolved within ** hrs. I have proof of all call recordings made by me. Also, i am mentioned the complaint nos. they provided to us.

Each time your customer care team provided me the new complaint no and told issue will resolved within ** hrs.

I have also written mails to greviance cell of flipkart. But no body is intrested to take intrest for initiative.
