We bought a Prestige Induction on **th Feb from local shopkeeper. The product was damaged and we went to him after * days to get it replaced. He told that it will be replaced in next *-* days. And since then we have been chasing to the shopkeeper, it has been * months now and he is neither replacing the induction not he is refunding the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
