Flipkart - Damaged product

I purchased a MYFITNESS Chocolate Peanut Butter from Flipkart under Order ID OD******************. The product was delivered in a damaged condition. I immediately reported the issue and provided all the photographs and evidence requested by Flipkart. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to resolve my complaint. Flipkart representatives repeatedly assure me that the damaged product will be picked up, but no pickup has been arranged to date, and no replacement date has been provided. Instead, my complaint has been closed multiple times without my consent by incorrectly marking it as "resolved," even though the issue remains completely unresolved. This conduct demonstrates negligence, deficiency in service, and a lack of proper customer support. The repeated delays, false closure of complaints, and failure to provide either a replacement or a refund have caused me unnecessary mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of time. I respectfully request the Hon'ble Consumer Commission to direct Flipkart to immediately arrange the pickup of the damaged product, provide a replacement or full refund without further delay, and take appropriate action against the company for its unfair and deficient service.
