The solar pannel was delivered as part of a *kw ongrid combo . One of the pannels I received was damaged , had registered the damaged product on **/**/** on there online (https://customerservice.waaree.online/ecom/complainlisting.php) then on **th when I called there help line asked to mail aishwaryadhokarat@waaree.com which also I did. On the same day the mail said the complaint is resolved. But till date **/*/** I have not received mail saying if the product is being replaced or amount refunded nor have I got the product .
