Waaree Energies Limited - Battery Replacement

The batteries were not giving proper backup. After several calls and raised tickets service engineer came on **-March-**** and examined the * batteries and informed that three batteries have to be replaced.

But unfortunately after several customer support calls raised tickets ,what we got was just assurance and no resolution.

NOTE-We bought the setup with the batteries in June ****, and have a warranty of * years hence these batteries are in warranty. We are facing a loss of ** units per day at the rate of * Rs per unit.
