Flipkart - Damaged Phone Delivered

Flipkart did fraud with me regarding this phone... from *nd day the phone had a problem of going on call hold automatically Nd then it used to get connected to other person without me doing anything And whenever I used to talk I couldnt hear another person properly... I contacted Flipkart for the replacement on the fourth day only and then they sent a technician for that who told me it&just a software problem Nd that after updating it would be ok...but then again I started facing same problem in a day... i again complained Nd my phone was in replacement warranty only... now this time the technician came after * days of my complaint ...he came on *th Nd my warranty ended on *th nov inspite of me complaining on * Nd only...and he told me that we have told Flipkart to get the phone replaced..And when I contacted Flipkart after two days enquiring about the replacement... they said that according to the technician the problem has been done... And after that it’s been more than ** days I have been calling them.... The managers there talk very rudely and say that your phone is not under warranty now... We can’t get it replaced.... They tell me to go to service centre and there they are saying to change the hardware so I told them why should I change my hardware when I am facing problem from starting only... They told me that I don’t have any other option..one of the person who has spoken to me is Kanishka...And after insisting a lot that I want to speak to manager... She told me that manager will call you in * hours on **/**/** but nobody has called up. I am attaching the proof of my complaint and how same technician has visited twice
