I am disappointed at the way my complaint regarding damaged balloon package has been closed from your end. On *nd February morning I received a package in which there were only ** balloons instead of ***. The plastic package was open and balloons were less. I raised complaint but it has been closed without resolution. I have contacted at customer care email-id but I didn't receive any response. Hopeless team !
