DRS Agarwal packers and Movers - Damaged my product while relocation

I have hired DRS Agarwal Packers and Movers for relocation of my TV from Howrah to Bangalore. I have also taken insurance for same. They said the TV will be done in wooden rack but taking Insurance is safe hence I took the same. When i received my TV it was in normal carton box and fully damaged. I raised a complaint to them and drop several mails. They did not pay my compensation amount instead of I took insurance and lied me too for wooden rack and all. I have full mail chain and documents for supportings. I heard this platform from my friend hence thought of raising a complain against them over here. Kindly help
