I travelled on **nd Feb **** from Pune to Hyderabad via Indigo Flight no *E -*** & PNR no ISJEVQ. I received the Checked in Luggage in damaged condition. Reported the matter to Hyderabad Airport Indigo front desk representative and raised a complaint via phone . The Indigo team promised to mail the voucher of Rs. ****/- in * working days. Till date, **th May **, there is no sign of the voucher. Everytime I call them, they say their softward system is not working properly and they would respond to my email address.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
