I was travelling from Delhi to bhuvaneshwar via indigo flight on * th Nov PNR - V**DRJ. On reaching bhuvneshwar airport they made us wait **-** min for luggage. And when I received my trolley bag , it was broken and there was no handle to pull the bag .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
