Delhivery Courier Pvt Ltd - Damaged in transit

I am a delhivery client. I ship LEDs through delhivery to other states.
This month they damaged * of LEDs ( ** Inch LEDs) i sent. Whenever i send mails to their client support, they never reply. The are just running away, Just avoiding my mails. Last year i faced losses because of their lame behavior too.
I am paying them to ship my products safely, not to damage my product and avoiding my mails related to damaged in transit.
They don't even entertain their clients who pay them, what would they do with customer who receive goods. funny.
