Ordered and paid online through Paytm ***** to parts Big boss. The item was damaged, after many deliberations the company agreed to replace the goods. Which was collected by FedEx on *th of June ****.
The company has neither provided dispatch details of replacement not have confirmed refund of the item even after ** days of collecting the defective part supplied.
Presently calls to the company only states that head of the department Mr Ankit Tyagi will be getting in touch with me. No calls or emails from him or the company for the last * days.
