Shivraj Tirthakar filed complaint against Parts Big Boss on Aug 13, 2019
I have ordered ** nos of car spare parts costing Rs. ****.** on **/**/**** from Parts Big Boss having invoice id ********* & transaction id *LC*****s********. Parts Big Boss company did not shipped the item & every time after tracking the order massage was displayed than "Your order will be shipped in ** to **
hrs". Due to my concern I was calling daily to Parts Big Boss customer care from **/**/**** regarding the order & every day they told me that the order will be shipped on that day. On **/**/**** I have called the customer care executive & asked him to refund the amount paid by me. He told me that if the item is not shipped then within ** hrs company will refund my amount.But neither the product was shipped
nor the amount was not refunded. I have called daily from **/**/**** the customer care executive till today but every time all the customer care no were busy. I have written complaint on Parts Big Boss website & email id on ** & ** August **** but no reply given regarding shipment or refund by the company.
please help me to get refund of my amount from
