Consignment no. K********. My relative had booked(Dtd.**th Mar'**) courier through DTDC(Enclosed Consignment Slip) from Gopalganj Bihar to Sohna Haryana. After many complaints my courier was delivered on *th April'**. My courier was damaged/unpacked and covering by DTDC tap. I had inform the same to DTDC customer care executive on the call as well as mail but still no one is ready to answer. Attached picture for your ref.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
