Asha filed complaint against Go Air Airlines on Nov 5, 2020
I had checked in * bags & * trekking pole from Leh to Bangalore on **th Jan ****. On reaching Bangalore I realized my Trekking pole didnt reach Bangalore & was asked to wait for * */* hrs in airport to pick up my pole (was dispatched by next flight).
I was handed a damaged trekking pole & your staff at airport were least helpful in resolving the issue.
In *st instance Mr. Rajesh Turkar said it was not damaged, when it was damaged by baggage handler messing with the pole.
There is no chance for the pole to unscrew itself without a human being fiddling with it.
Ms. Spandana at the airport insisted that it was damaged due to lack of packing.. I fail to understand what is right packing in this instance? & same was reiterating by nodal office
Refusing to refund amount for the stress caused & damaged goods in pretext of company policy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
