Harikumar filed complaint against Indigo Airline on Aug 30, 2018
I have travelled in indigo domestic flight from maa to cok on july ** ****. When i was travellinh i have made them to put fragile note on my check in baggage, then also i got my check in baggage in horrible damaged comdition. I raised a complained at the same moment, they promised me (fooled me), only can give **** rs as compensation which will be credited with in ** days. Which is not yet happened till aug **.now i dont want thier **** rs as compensation, becuase i contacted then on aug ** they replied like
*)Aug ** airport is closed
My question july ** to aug **. Is more than ** days. Which they only promised me. What they where doing for that ** days
*)Why didnt i contact them?
My question why should i contact them
*)since ** aug i am trying to solve this issue. But they are not reafy to settle mr.
Now i want my **** rs as compensation for new trolley bag which i have purchased. ( i know i have agreed for **** rs), but if they are not keeping up their words why should i as a passanger should follow what i have promised.
