My Baggage was damaged,and few things were damaged, lost in Indigo airlines from Ams to Mum vis IST.
I called customer care * to * times post which they told me to write an email. After email they asked me to provide evidences. After providing evidence its ** days they just keep on telling * ans."We are working on your issue" No resolution to issue, just time wasting and mentally frustrating process.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
