Flipkart - Damaged and wrong product received

I was ordered samsung galaxy s**fe model in flipkart in that case I searched the product name was samsung galaxy s**fe snapdragon *** processor but they delivered samsung galaxy s**fe exynos **** processor and also the product was used mobile display , back door was defected and more scratches and over heating issue also the orderd placed in July ** delivered in ** July I raised a complaint in flipkart customer service in **th July they send the technician to my home they not checked product and update fakely I raised a complaint again *nd time technician came and heating issue checked the heating degress was **degree but they update only ** degree in details and return was canceled I go to samsung official service center the given the certificate of DOA Certificate and I uploaded to flipkart but till now they saying wait **hours wait ** hours we call u back only they saying but till jow I'm not getting any call from flipkart and not returning the damaged mobile back they are saying we not responsible for that product go and ask the brand to solve but the samsung brand side we can do anything because u purchased in flipkart we only give certificate I don't know what can I doo . ** days completed till now they are not solved my problem
