Xank.in - Damaged and very low quality of product received

I ordered a Action Camera from xank.in on cod ( cash on delivery ). when i opened the product i got to know that it was a such a cheap quality of product. and when i tried to switch it on it the display of Camera is already gone and even Selfie stick is broken when i checked for return policy there is no option for cod and i mailed about the problem to xank.in customer case email id they have automated Reply for every mail
i think some companies intentionally do this
they have framed a strategy
please help me with this
