Rishabh filed complaint against Nice Maple on May 30, 2024
On **th April ****, I visited Nice maple showroom and placed order for Bluefly Premium Bed with storage and hydraulics. In addition to it, i had asked for customization which were ** inch depth storage box and premium leatherette cushion. This was done after consultation with their sales team. The bed was delivered to our home in Gurgaon after much delay and infinite follow ups.
The bed received was in a defective and damaged state(attaching pictures). I immediately called customer care and was asked to take the delivery at that time and later send pictures and videos to the customer support team for them to take any action. I immediately sent them an email with list and evidence of all the defects and asked for full refund.
After * weeks they have denied full refund and are hell bent on replacing the storage box. They are not at all concerned about other concerns i had raised about incorrect design and quality of bed. Also, they are not at all honoring their return policy which states " *-day return policy, in case of different, damage or defective item".

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
