I have ordered Midea Split AC inverter *.* ton from Flipkart which turned out to be damaged.

Delivery date: ** April
Installation date: ** April
Full payment was made through NetBanking. Installation technician found out that indoor unit cooling coil is leaking. Because of which the pressure from the outdoor unit wasn't maintained. He informed his superiors about the issue. According to them as I have purchased the product from Flipkart they can't do anything. So, I put a request for replacement in Flipkart. Which stated - technician visit on ** April.
Pickup date- ** April
Installation date-** April.
For which I need to pay ₹**** installation charges again. I have contacted Flipkart customer executive over * to * times from ** April onwards, not receiving an appropriate and accurate answer to resolve my issue. Every time they give me a new date for the technician visit.
Even I have contacted carrier midea contact centre, no good response says I have purchased from Flipkart.
The seller is Ahmedabad based: consulting rooms Pvt Ltd. Bavla Ahmedabad.
Till now, no technician has visited to inspect the AC. And today (** April) I received an SMS from Flipkart stating as:
Installation Completed: We trust that Installation for Midea *.* Ton * Star Split Inverter AC - White with order ID OD****************** was successfully done. We hope you are happy with the service provided.
This is totally wrong. The ac hasn't been installed yet. Flipkart executive is simply updating the wrong information and fooling the customer. According to Flipkart policy after installation can't claim for refund or second-time replacement will be hard enough to possible. So, just to escape from the issues they are updating with fake information of installation and doing fraudulent. After receiving SMS when I contacted Flipkart customer care centre, they are now giving me a date of **rd April for a technician visit. Not answering about the SMS updates and saying they're not aware of any SMS from their end.
As of now, I'm at a financial loss of AC- ₹**,***, installation charges ₹**** with extra accessories copper pipe, drain pipe, cable, stand. And ₹**** electrician charges for AC wiring. Total loss of ₹**,***.
Being pregnant I wanted to have some comfort in this hot summer by installing AC, but right now I'm totally stressed over the financial loss and so much mental trauma to deal with this situation. Even I believe, as women, I have been exploited by the company. I really need help.
