Aptronix - Damage protection not activated due to which my phone is not repaired

Hello . I bought a phone in October **** from aptronix lower parel with damage protection worth ****/- . After a year in October **** my phone got physically damage.I went toy nearest authorised apple store . They told me that my protection is not activated.. so i called aptronix lower parel and told him all the thing. He told me to get the phone to there store in lower parelI went there and gave the phone to them. Then i got a call from them in January **** that my phone is repaired. So i went to take the phone but my phone wasnt repaired properly . So again i gave them they did the same so i again i gave but till today my phone is not repaired properly. Phone has one white spot on the display sim network not working. Wideangle not working. So i request you and your team to go through this and get my phone done or give me a right solution. Thank you
