flipkart - Damage product delivered

Hi, Team.

I have bought a product from Flipkart during big billion days, the product
was IFB * kg washing machine I paid full money ***** rupees. however I
received a product but it was damaged. the moment I saw it was damaged I
filed a refund request it was on October *. I got message technician will
visit to your home on October *th. but he didn't visit. I waited till **
October still issue isn't resolved on the October **. I called customer
care they told me a refund is not available now you have to take
a replacement for that. I said that okay.
They only cancelled my refund request and said to me, your request
cancelled and we will update request for replacement this happened on
October **.
then they told within * days we will resolve your issue.
October ** came still not solved.
simply they are telling tomorrow we will solve this issue every time when I
call the customer support they will tell the same answer
why this is happening with people, we trusted Flipkart and we took a
a product such a heavy amount product from online without a second thought,
In return what we got from Flipkart damaged product and they are not giving
proper service for their customers.
and finally, they have sent me a mail we won't give refund as well as replacement
please do the needfull
