KRATI PATHAK filed complaint against Flipkart on May 28, 2019
I wanted to file return request against a damaged product but the company Flipkart blocked my account. I have been requesting them to return the product since I received. They have not taken any action on it today i.e **/**/**** they unblocked my account just to pay Flipkart to pay later amount. Why should I pay for that product that is damaged? Please look into this matter.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
