I ordered the above bed on **th December ****, received it on **th December ****. Next day it was opened by the wakefit installation person only to be found as damaged/broken. The headboard part was broken from many sides. After this I reported to the wakefit customer support providing enough evidence in the form of pictures and videos which they acknowledged and promised for a replacement of that particular part within in next **-** workin days, this was all communicated through email from the wakefit email ID helpdesk@wakefit.co.
After the mentioned time period was over I kept on contacting them to an update. But the only response so far has been that last they checked the replacement part is not in stock and they have no further update. They are asking for more more time in every mail without any update of what is happening in the background.
This has been a mental torture for me that despite paying a large amount in advance I still could not get my product.
At this point of time I have lost faith in Wakefit services and wish to get my money back and an additional compensation from the company for the harassment caused to me due to their unprofessional behaviour.
I am attaching the email screenshots where they have acknowledged the damaged part and promised a timeline and also the screenshots where they are just killing time by asking for more and more time.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
